Stress is body’s normal defuse against threats and danger. It is our physical and psychological response to any challenge. Needless to state, that life as is today is full of challenges and therefore, our lives today are full of stress. Stress is normal part of life if we can deal with it. But if we can’t, it can seriously hamper our well-being.

Physical reactions manifests as

Emotional reactions manifests as
- Irritability
- Forgetfulness
- Lack of concentration
- Fatigue
- Anxiety
- Anger
Behavioral reactions are
- Become moody and weepy
- Angry outbursts
- Food cravings
- Social withdrawal

How to resolve it:
Depending on the severity of the case it can be through
- Sharing your concerns and venting it out goes a long way.
- Talk to someone close to you; parents, friend, relative or a counsellor
- Indulge yourself with loads of activities you enjoy.
- Medicines
- Induced relaxation technique
- Indulge yourself with loads of activities you enjoy.
- Travel to different places
If I were to sum it then I would say
- Change your outlook towards the events.
- Remove the source if possible.
- Learn ways and means to cope up with stress inducing situations.
- Learn to discriminate between controllables and uncontrollables
