Stop Yourself from Stopping yourself

Stop yourself from stopping yourself

Does life ever stop? It doesn’t. How then can we stop ourselves? We must move on and live life to the fullest. And to live life to the fullest we must start to live, not just live but dream, hope and above all, get started. So dream and then start to make a pathway.

Isn’t it true that the moment we set out to fulfill our dreams we are struck with doubts? All negative thoughts start to flood in and dampen the spirit of optimism. .

To overcome the hurdles of this journey from start to finish, we need to….

loser, failure, board
  1. Overcome the fear of failure:

One can do this if and only if you are thinking of the action plan and not the results. Results denote a possibility of failure which turns into fear of failure. So instead of giving up on your dreams because of fear, why not prepare for all the worst outcomes and get started?

  1. Overcoming Self Doubts

Dreams when harnessed with doubts  incapacitates one from not taking that first step. You are that wonderful unique piece of creation. You are here for a purpose. You are here because nature has meant you to be. Where then is the scope for doubt?

  1. Getting past the distractions

If you wish to make an imposing start towards achieving your dreams, get past every distraction that keeps you from doing it. May it be your fears, habits or lifestyle.

  1. Dedication and determination

No dream can be achieved without persistent approach and consistent determination. If you overcome your doubts and fear, you will soon find yourself at the desired destination.

  1. Getting out of the comfort zone.

If you wish to get on the track and get  started, an absolute must is to get past your comfort zone. No great deeds can be performed without extending the usual boundaries and doing something that you have never done before.

  1. Setting Deadlines

It has been said too often, including in the management books and yet I repeat that when you set out, it begins with a dream that is backed by vision. Vision that is backed by goal and a goal into targets. So set a deadline which can essentially help you in having magnified focus on your tasks and enable you to frame the bigger picture with absolute conviction.

  1. Optimistic Approach

Achieving something is a journey that shall have its own highs and lows, We must learn to sail in high winds and be hopeful of a calm sea. One must know that failures are inevitable in the journey of achieving success and getting past them with high spirit is the only way out.

Everybody wishes to get started but only few are able to bring their thoughts into action. If you believe in your in your ideas, gather the will, get going, spare no effort and stop yourself from stopping yourself,
